Our team is divided into three core groups: directors, senior managers and support workers. Our executive team of directors are responsible for ensuring that the business operates efficiently and to the highest of standards, allowing service users to experience the highest quality of life. We have developed a multi-disciplinary team of senior managers and staff which consists of Registered Managers, Consultant Psychiatrists, Quality Monitoring Officers, Social Workers, Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHP) & Best Interest Assessors (BIA), Registered Mental Health Nurses and Occupational Therapists.

Our team provides the best quality care and support across our services and ensures the highest level of professional competence and understanding throughout assessment, risk management, recovery interventions and support. We are extremely proud of our Support Workers, all of whom have been carefully vetted, inducted and trained to ensure they deliver compassionate person-centred care and support. Our Support Workers play the most important role in the company and are responsible for assisting the individuals we support in achieving their goals and preventing relapse.
